These Terms govern your use of Glow App. By using Glow, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
✨ What Glow Offers
Glow provides AI-powered photo transformation services:
- Apply 16+ beauty and style filters
- Generate AI videos from your photos (10 seconds)
- Transform your selfies instantly
Services are provided via subscription with a credit-based system.
💳 Subscriptions & Pricing
How It Works
- Credits are allocated when your subscription renews
- Unused credits don't roll over to the next period
- 1 Image Credit = 1 AI photo transformation
- 1 Video Credit = 1 AI video (10 seconds)
Billing
All subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage and cancel through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal
For EU Users: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Digital Content Exception
For digital content (like AI-generated images and videos), you may waive your 14-day withdrawal right to receive immediate access. When you make a purchase, you'll be asked to:
- Acknowledge that you're requesting immediate access to digital content
- Agree that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right upon delivery
What this means: Once your credits are delivered and available for use, your withdrawal right for that purchase ends. This allows you to use your credits immediately instead of waiting 14 days.
Subscriptions
For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires.
How to Exercise Withdrawal
To withdraw (before waiver), contact us at contact@beauty2customer.com with your account details and purchase information. We will process your request within 14 days.
💰 Refund Policy
Purchases are processed through Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies. We can't process refunds directly.
To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select "Request a refund"
📸 Your Content
Your Photos
You own all rights to your photos. By using Glow, you grant us a temporary license to process them using AI solely to provide the transformations you request.
Generated Content
AI-generated images and videos are yours. Download, share, and use them as you wish.
Content Guidelines
Do not upload:
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Content depicting minors
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Content violating others' privacy
✅ Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use Glow only for lawful purposes
- Not reverse engineer or extract source code
- Not misuse, disrupt, or harm the service
- Not use automated systems to access Glow
- Not resell or redistribute our services
🤖 AI Disclaimer
Important: AI-generated content is created by machine learning models. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. We don't guarantee accuracy, quality, or suitability for any particular purpose.
⚠ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Glow is provided "as is" without warranties
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the past 12 months
- We're not responsible for third-party services (fal.ai, Apple)
🔄 Service Availability
We work hard to keep Glow running smoothly, but we don't guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Specific response times
- Availability of specific AI models
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
🔒 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Upload prohibited content
- Abuse the service
You can delete your account anytime through the app settings.
📝 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced via:
- In-app notification
- Email (if provided)
- Updated date at the top
Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
⚖ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in Berlin, Germany courts.
