AC Beauty to Customer UG operates the Glow App. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Glow, you agree to these practices.
📸 Your Photos
We delete your photos immediately after processing.
Your uploaded photos are sent to our AI service (fal.ai) for transformation and are permanently deleted right after. We do not store your original photos on our servers.
Face Data
Your photos may contain images of faces. Here is how we handle face data:
- On-device guidance: The app uses Apple's on-device face detection solely to help you frame and position your face in the camera viewfinder. This processing happens entirely on your device and no face geometry or biometric data is transmitted to our servers.
- AI transformation: When you submit a photo for AI processing, the entire image (which may include a face) is sent to fal.ai and deleted immediately after the result is generated.
- No biometric extraction: We do not extract, compute, or store facial geometry, faceprints, or any biometric identifiers from your photos.
- No facial recognition: Face data is not used for facial recognition, identification, or tracking of any kind.
- No third-party sharing: Face data is not shared with third parties for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond the AI transformation you request.

Personal Information
- Account: Email address, name (optional)
- Payment: Processed by Apple (we don't see your card details)
- Photos: Uploaded for AI transformation only (may contain faces; see Face Data section above)
Automatically Collected
- Device information (type, OS version)
- Usage data (features used, session duration)
- Anonymous analytics to improve the app
Generated Content
- AI-generated images/videos are stored temporarily (up to 7 days)
- You can delete them anytime
- After 7 days, they're automatically removed

fal.ai (AI Processing)
We use fal.ai to process your images using advanced AI models. Your photos are:

RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may collect:
- Purchase history and subscription status
- Device identifiers for purchase validation
- App usage related to subscription features

Apple In-App Purchase
All payments are handled by Apple. We never see your payment information.
Firebase Analytics
We may use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage with anonymized data.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications)
If you enable push notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver them. This involves:
- A device token to identify your device
- Notification delivery data
You can disable notifications anytime in your device settings.

- Original photos (including face data): Deleted immediately after processing
- On-device face detection data: Never stored; used only in real time for camera guidance
- Generated content: Stored up to 7 days, then auto-deleted
- Account data: Kept while your account is active
- Usage data: Up to 2 years for analytics
🔒 Security
We protect your data with:
- Encryption: All data uses TLS encryption
- Secure APIs: Safe connections to third-party services
- Limited access: Only authorized personnel
No system is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect your information.
